Laboratories are dynamic environments. Hamilton Adaptable Furniture Systems are designed for flexibility in changes in the laboratory, equipment and instrumentation, personnel, research activities and room layouts. Our MAX® Laboratory Furniture Systems consist of three adaptable furniture product lines, each with unique capabilities. All three systems can be used independently or combined with floor-mounted cabinetry. Ideally, a combination of floor-mounted, height adjustable and mobile components are integrated to take advantage of their unique individual capabilities. MAX Systems are built around support structures with slotted uprights to hold up adjustable height furniture components including work surfaces, cabinetry and shelving. Support structures housing service lines feature full size, quick release panels for rapid and complete access to service lines. Mobile systems utilize isolated modules for service delivery. Sinks and fume hoods use floor-mounted cabinets for support. All adjustable components are designed to be easily repositioned, usually without tools. MAX/Lab® island utility cores attach to the floor with no additional support required. MAX/Wall® utility walls provide floor-to-ceiling separation in a narrow 6" wide footprint. MAX/Mobile® components are designed to minimize structural furniture connections and floor penetrations for service delivery. MAX Laboratory Furniture Systems respond to current and future change, providing the capability to change workstation configurations, room layouts or move entire laboratories as needed, with minimal downtime, cost and effort. |
